| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨富铁对HL 60细胞Bcl 2基因表达的影响 ,揭示铁促进肿瘤细胞增殖的机制。方法 :体外加入不同浓度的三氯化铁培养HL 60细胞 6h、12h、2 4h、48h ,亲和免疫组化LSAB法检测HL 60细胞Bcl 2基因表达。结果 :Bcl 2表达在 5 0 μmol/L、10 0 μmol/L的三氯化铁作用HL 60细胞 12h、2 4h和 48h时最高 ,与对照组相比有差异 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :铁可促进肿瘤细胞生长 ,铁诱导Bcl 2表达增高可能是铁促进HL 60细胞增殖的机制之一

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the effects of iron overload on Bcl 2 expression in human leukemic HL 60 cells Methods: HL 60 cells were incubated with different concentrations of Ferric(Ⅲ) Chloride (FeCl3) at 6 h,12 h, 24 h and 48 h;and Bcl 2 expression was detected by immunocytochemistry Results: The results showed that the expression of Bcl 2 in HL 60 cells was higher than that of control group when HL 60 cells were incubated with 50μmol/L and 100 μmol/L FeCl 3 for 12 h?24 h and 48 h ( P <0 05) Conclusion: Iron overload induced over expression of Bcl 2 may be one of the mechinisms of iron promoting proliferation of leukemia cell line HL 60 cells |
