凋亡抑制基因Survivin在肺鳞癌组织中的表达及临床意义

目的:研究凋亡抑制基因Survivin在肺鳞癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法,检测Survivin在35例肺鳞癌组织、10例正常肺组织中的表达。结果:肺癌组Survivin蛋白表达率为71.4%(25/35),显著高于对照组10%(1/10)(P<0.01)。淋巴结转移组Survivin蛋白阳性表达率76.7%(23/30),显著高于无淋巴转移组40.0%(2/5)(P<0.01);随临床分期增加、淋巴结的转移,Survivin蛋白阳性表达率逐渐升高(P<0.05)。结论:Survivin的异常表达与肺鳞癌的发生、发展密切相关,可能是影响肺癌预后的重要分子指标。

Expression of gene survivin in lung squamous carcinoma

Objective: To investigate the expression of survivin gene in lung squamous carcinoma and study its clinical-pathological implication.Methods:The expression of survivin were detected by immunohistochemistry SP method in 35 cases of lung squamous carcinoma,10 of normol lung tissue.Results:71.4 percent(25 of 35) of cases had expression of survivin in the tumor cells,and 10.0 percent(1 of 10) of cases of the adjacent tissue it were present.There was a significant positive correlation between lung squamous carcinoma and normol tissue(P<0.01).Tumors with lymph node metastases(76.7%) had high survivin protein expression than those without metastasis(40.0%)(P<0.05).Conclusion: Survivin gene play an important role in the occurrence and development of lung squamous carcinoma.It is suggested that survivin can be a useful marker for predicting invasion and metastasis ability of lung squamous carcinoma.
