BiPAP呼吸机治疗COPD并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭

目的:探讨B iPAP呼吸机无创通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的临床应用价值。方法:40例COPD并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者随机分为两组,对照组20例给予常规治疗,治疗组20例在常规治疗基础上,同时给予鼻(面)罩B ipap通气治疗,观察治疗前后临床症状、动脉血气等指标的变化。结果:治疗后两组血气分析指标均有显著变化,而治疗组各项指标改善程度更优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用无创性B iPAP鼻(面)罩通气治疗来治疗COPD并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭安全有效。

Treatment of COPD patients complicating type 2 respiratory failure by BiPAP respirator

Objective: To estimate the clinical efficacy of non-invasive ventilation by the mode of bilevel positive airway pressure(BiPAP) in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) complicating type 2 respiratory failure.Methods: 40 patients with COPD complicating Respiratory failure were randomly divided into two groups.In addition to conventional therapy,20 patients were treated with BiPAP via facial mask(treated group),the other 20 patients were treated with conventional therapy alone(control group).All patients were seen and biochemical indicators,such as arterial blood gas,were checked during the study.Results: Indicators of blood gas analysis were significant difference in both groups after treatment.Additional improvement was higher in the treated group compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: For the treatment of COPD complicating type 2 respiratory failure,the non-invasive ventilation using the mode of BiPAP via facial mask is safe and effective.
