多囊卵巢综合征合并不孕症两种治疗方法的比较

目的：探讨研究治疗多囊卵巢综合征合并不孕症的简单有效的治疗方法。方法：将多囊卵巢综合征合并不孕症经促排卵治疗发生排卵异常的67例患者,随机分成A、B两组。A组（研究组）：在阴道B超超声介导下行成熟卵泡穿刺协助排卵,穿刺1小时后行宫腔内人工授精（IUI）,共34例。B组（对照组）：在追加绒毛膜促性腺激素（HCG）5000 IU后行IUI,共33例。结果：A组患者妊娠率为41.18%,卵巢过度刺激综合征（OHSS）发生率为17.65%,多胎妊娠率为11.76%,B组患者分别是24.24%、30.30%、24.24%。两组比较有显著差异（P〈0.05）。结论：促排卵后,当卵泡发育成熟行卵泡穿刺加IUI是治疗PCOS合并不孕的一种安全有效简单可行的治疗方法。

Comparation of two treatments to PCOS complicated with infertility

Objective:To study simple and effective treatment to PCOS complicated with infertility.Methods:There were 67 anovulatory patients after controlled ovarian hyperstimulation(COH).They were divided into two groups randomly.Group A(Experiment group):Patients were used transvaginal ultrasound-guided follicle puncture and intrauterine insemination(IUI) 1 hour after puncture.Group B(Control group):Patients were injected more 5000 IU HCG.Results:For group A,the rate of pregnancy was 41.18%,the rate of OHSS was 17.65%,and the rate of multi-prenancy rate was 11.76%.For group B,the rate was 24.24%,30.30%,24.24% respectively.There was significant difference between them(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transvaginal ultrasound-guided follicle puncture after controlled ovarian huperstimnlation;in the treatment of PCOS complicated with infertility is an effective way.
