40例保留后瓣和腱索乳头肌的二尖瓣替换术左心功能观察

目的：观察二尖瓣替换左心功能情况。方法：保留后瓣和腱索乳头肌的二尖瓣替换术４０例，并与常规切 除瓣膜及瓣下结构二尖瓣替换术３０例左心功能作对比。结果：术后一月行心脏彩超多普勒心功能检查，保留后 瓣和腱索乳头肌二尖瓣替换左心室收缩末期流速积分（ＥＳＶＩ），收缩期流速积分（ＳＶＩ），射血分数（ＥＦ）和缩短分数 （ＦＳ），比对照组有明显的改善。结论：此方法是二尖瓣关闭不全行二尖瓣替换术的一种较好方法。

Observe the left heart function after MVR in 40 patients withretention aterior leaflet chordae tendinae and pupillares muscle

Objective: We obsered the left heart function circumstouces after mitral valve replacement. Methods: To compareleft heart function of forty patients underwent mitral valve replacement which retention aterior. leaflet. chordae tendineae andpupillares muscle with thirty patients underwent common practice MVR which resection structure under valve. Results: Onemonth later aften operation echocardiography show the ESVI. SVI. EF and FS of left ventriculus which retention aterior leaflet.chordae tendineae and pupillares muscle. MVR have obiously improve than control group. Conclusion: This is a better methodto take MVR for mitral valve incompetence.
