摘    要:目的: 观察光固化、化学固化、不固化三型氢氧化钙盖髓剂的作用差异以及对光固化复合树脂固位的影响。方法: 选择冷热敏感的深V 类洞,分别用三型氢氧化钙垫底,常规光固化复合树脂修复及直接光固化修复,术后每三个月复查一次,详细记录牙髓、根尖周状况及复合树脂脱落情况,术后一年汇总结果。结果: 三种氢氧化钙垫底组的牙本质过敏、牙髓炎、根尖周炎发生率无显著性差异( P> 0 .05) ,且均低于光固化树脂直接充填组( P< 0 .01) ,光固化氢氧化钙垫底组和光固化树脂直接充填的脱落率明显低于另两组;过敏症状持续时间4 组间有显著性差异,从短到长依次为不固化组、化学固化组、光固化氢氧化钙组、光固化树脂直接充填组。酸蚀性与机械型磨损所致的V 类洞在引起过敏和牙髓炎方面无显著性差异。结论: 光固化型氢氧化钙可作为良好的垫底材料使用

Abstract:Objective: To observe the difference of three dosage form calcium hydroxide pulp cap:light solidifying,chemical solidifying,non solidifying,and their effect to light solidifying resin.Methods: Selecting deep V cavity sensitive to cold and hot,rebase with three calcium hydroxide,repair with light solidifying resin or repair with light solidifying resin directly,check them every three months and record pulp,periapical tissue,exfoliation of light solidifying resin in detail,sum the result one year later.Results: The occurrence rate of odontohyperesthesia,endodontitis,apicitis has no difference in three groups( P >0.05) and is lower than the group of reparing with light solidifying resin directly( P <0.05),the exfoliation of light solidifying resin in light solidifying calcium hydroxide group and the group of repairing with light solidifying resin directly is lower than other groups.The lasting time of allergic action has obvious difference in four groups,from short to long it is non solidifying group,chemical solidifying group,light solidifying calcium hydroxide group and direct light solidifying group in file. Odonthemodia and pulpitis in V caity caused by acid and mechanical wear have no obvious difference.Conclusion: light solidifying calcium hydroxide can be used as good rebasing material
