| 摘 要： | 本文报道了河南省洛阳、鹤壁两地区２２万人群中有关唇裂和（或）腭裂调查及遗传学研究结果。先证者一级亲属患病率２０．６６‰，二级亲属３．１７‰，分别是群体患病率（０．４５‰）的４４倍和７倍。唇裂和（或）腭裂遗传度：一级亲属７１．８９％±７．３３％，二级亲属６６．４２％±２１．２３％，加权平均遗传度７１．３１％±６．９３％，说明遗传因素在其发病中起重要作用。

| Abstract: | The result of genetic study of cleft lip with or without cleft palate of HenanProvince.
The prevalence vates of proband first and second degree relatives were respectively20.66‰
and 3.17‰which were 44 and 7 times the prevalence rate(0.45‰)of the generalpopulation in
Henan Province.The heri- labilities in first and second degree relatives were71.89±7.33%and
66.42±21.23%respectively,and the weighted mean heritability was71. 31±6. 93 %.These
findings suggested that the genetic factor played an important role incleft lip with or without cleft
palate. |
