卵巢癌腹腔内热化疗对防止卵巢癌术后盆腹腔复发的研究

目的 :探讨和观察腹腔内电热器加热灌注化疗对防止卵巢癌术后腹腔内复发的疗效。方法 :1995～ 1996年间 16例病人分为 3组 ,分别采用术后腹腔内热灌注化疗、术后腹腔内电热器加热灌注化疗、术中腹腔内电热器加热灌注化疗的方法进行观察比较。结果 :3组比较发现 ,术中腹腔内电热器加热灌注化疗的方法效果最好 ,热质量最高 ,热分布均匀 ,副作用小。在此研究基础上 ,采用术中腹腔内电热器加热灌注化疗的方法对 45例晚期卵巢癌患者进行观察治疗 ,疗效满意。结论 :卵巢癌腹腔内热化疗对防止卵巢癌术后腹腔内复发有一定价值 ,值得进一步研究和推广

A study on intraperitoneal hyperthermochemotherapy with a hea ter for patients with advanced ovarian cancer to prevent tumor relapse

Objective: To investigate the effects of intraperitoneal hyperthermochemotherapy for patients with advanced ovarian cancer.Methods: During 1995 1996,sixteen patients were divided into three groups and treaded by intraperitoneal hyperthermochemotherapy with infusion following operation,intrapertoneal hyperthermochemotherapy with infusion and a heater following operation and intrapertoneal hyperthermochemotherapy with infusion and a heater in operation respectively.Results: The effect of intraperitoneal hyperthermochemotherapy with infusion and a heater in operation was the best.The quality of heating was best too.The heat distribution was even.Side effect was small.Based on this result,intraperitoneal hyperthermochemotherapy with infusion and a heater in operation was performed on 45 patients with advanced ovarian cancer.The results were gratify.Conclusion: It had some value in prevention tumor relaps with intraperitoneal hyerthemochemotherapy for ovarian cancer.
