旋毛虫移行幼虫收集方法的研究

摘    要:目的:研究旋毛虫移行幼虫(migratorylarva,ML)的收集方法。方法:本实验在贝氏法原理的基础上,观测了采用不同规格的分样筛、棉布袋、收集时间、以及不同组织器官对收集效果的影响。结果:在3种分样筛和一种棉布袋中,用280目分样筛收集25h能够得到纯度和数量均达到抗原分析要求的ML;在大鼠的血液、肝、肺和肾中,由血液中收集到的ML数量最多,肝脏次之,肾脏最少,差异均具显著性(P<005)。结论:在ML的收集中,选择大鼠的血液和肝作原料,采用280目的分样筛和25h的收集时间是较理想的实验方法。

Abstract:Objective: To research more effective collecting methods for migratory larvae(ML) of Trichinella spiralis. Methods: Based on the mechanism of the Baermans methods,the present study has observed the deference of collecting effect made by various methods such as taking different size of sieves,cotton bags,different collecting time,and different kinds of tissues or organs. Results: Among the three kinds of sieves and one kind of cotton bag,enough pure and enough many ML for analyses of antigens were obtained by the 280 mesh sieve,2.5 h collecting timeAmong blood,liver,lungs,and kidneys of the rat,the amount of ML collected from blood was the largest,that collected from liver was less,and that collected from kidneys was the least,the deference between every two of them was considered to be significant (P<005). Conclusion: ML being collected,the reasonable conditions were as follows:with liver and blood used as resource,using 280 mesh sieve,and taking 2.5 h as collecting time.
