| 摘 要： | 目的 :动态观察高胆固醇血症鹌鹑血中一氧化氮 (NO)与抗氧化酶活性间的相互关系。方法 :分别于喂高脂饲料后的第 2 0、3 0、45和 60天测定血浆中NO和脂质过氧化物 (LPO)水平及红细胞中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH -px)比活性。结果 :血浆LPO含量从第 2 0天即显著升高 (P <0 0 5 ) ,血浆NO含量、红细胞SOD及GSH px比活性分别从第 2 0、3 0和 45天开始显著下降 (P <0 0 5、0 0 1和 0 0 5 )。结论 :高胆固醇血症有显著升高血浆LPO水平 ,降低血浆NO水平和显著降低红细胞SOD、GSH px比活性的作用

| Abstract: | Objective: Dynamic observation the connection between nitric oxide (NO) production and antioxidative enzyme activity in blood on hypercholesterolemia quail.Methods: NO and lipid peroxidetion (LPO) levels in plasma and superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-px) in red blood cells were assaied individually in the 20th、30th、45th and 60th days feeding high fat diet.Results: LPO levels in plasma raised markednessly from the 20th day (P<0.05) ,NO production in plasma、the specific activity of SOD and GSH-px in red cells decreased markednessly from the 30th、20th and 45th days (P<0.05,0.01 and 0.05 separatly).Conclusion: Hypercholesterolemia can raised the LPO levels in plasma,and decreased the NO production in plasma,and decreased the specific activity of SOD and GSH-px in red cells markednessly. |
