摘    要:目的:探讨凋亡抑制基因survivin在前列腺癌中的表达及其与bcl2蛋白表达的相关性。方法:应用免疫组织化学链霉卵白素过氧化物酶复合物(SP)方法,检测43例前列腺癌组织标本中survivin、bcl2蛋白的表达,并与15例正常前列腺组织进行对照研究。结果:43例前列腺癌组织中,survivin基因蛋白的阳性表达率为60.47%,而正常前列腺组织中未见survivin基因蛋白阳性表达。survivin基因蛋白表达与前列腺癌的WHO肿瘤分级有相关性。根据Spearman相关分析表明survivin基因蛋白表达与bcl2蛋白表达正相关(P<0.01)。结论:Survivin基因可通过抑制前列腺癌细胞凋亡,对前列腺癌的发生发展起作用。survivin基因可能与凋亡相关基因bcl2在前列腺癌发展中起协同作用。

Abstract:Objective: To study the expression of apoptosis related gene survivin and its relation with expression of bcl-2 protein in carcinoma of prostate. Methods: Expression of survivin, bcl-2 was detected by SP immunostaning technique in 43 cases of carcinoma of prostate, and correlation during them was analyzed, and compared with that in 15 cases of normal prostate specimens.Results: In 43 cases of carcinoma of prostate , the positive rate of survivin protein was 60.47%, but in 15 cases of normal prostate specimens, none could be detected the positive expression of survivin protein. Expression of survivin protein was detected in a significantly greater proportion of carcinoma of prostate than normal prostate specimens . There was no relationship between survivin protein expression and pathological type. But there was relationship between survivin protein expression and WHO tumor grades. Expresson of bcl-2 was positively correlated with expression of survivin protein. Conclusion: Survivin gene may play an important role in pathogenesis of carcinoma of prostate, apoptosis related gene bcl-2 may have a synergic role with survivin gene in formation and progression of carcinoma of prostate.
