| 摘 要： | 目的比较股静脉临时置管与动、静脉直接穿刺在血液透析中的临床应用效果。方法采用回顾性对照研究,对30例股静脉临时置管及30例动、静脉穿刺的血流量及相关并发症等进行观察比较。结果股静脉置管的血流量不足及血管破坏发生率明显低于动、静脉穿刺。结论比较相对而言,股静脉置管在血液透析中不失为更理想的临时通路。
