鲨鱼软骨酸性粘多糖对大鼠高血脂的影响

摘    要:鲨鱼软骨酸性粘多糖(AMPSS)连续灌胃30天,研究其对实验性高血脂大鼠的影响。结果表明:AMPSS对高血脂大鼠血清甘油三酯(TG)及体重没有显著影响(P>.05),但能显著降低其血清总胆固醇(TC)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)(P<0.05);显著升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)(P<0.05);LDL-C/HDL-C显著降低,说明AMPSS有明显抗高血脂作用。

Abstract:Reports the anti - hperlipidemia effect of acidic mucopolysaccharide (AMPSS) taken from shark cartilage on hyperlipidemia rats. The results showed that triglyceride (TG) in sera and body weight had no difference with control (P>0.05) after AMPSS was perfused to stomach 30 days runing,but the total cholesterol (TC) and LDL-C in sera decreased significantly (P<0.05), while HDL -C in sera increased significantly (P<0.05), furthermore, LDL-C/HDL-C decreased very significantly (P<0.01). AMPSS showed significant anti-hyperlipidemia effect.
