新辅助化疗对口腔癌生存率影响的Meta分析

目的：评价新辅助化疗对口腔癌生存率的影响。方法：检索PubMed、中国学术期刊全文数据库中口腔癌新辅助化疗与单纯手术或手术后放疗的临床随机对照试验研究;用Comprehensive Meta Analysis（Version 2.0）软件比较新辅助化疗（755例）与单纯手术或手术后放疗组（719例）在总体、3、5年生存率的差异。结果：15项研究纳入Meta分析。新辅助化疗与单纯手术或手术后放疗组在总体、3、5年生存率均无统计学意义,其中对Ⅲ、Ⅳ期口腔癌患者生存率差异也无统计学意义。结论：在口腔癌综合治疗中,新辅助化疗在提高口腔癌患者生存率无明显优势。

Meta Analysis of Survival Effect in Patients with Oral Carcinoma Receiving Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy

Objective： To evaluate the survival effect in patients with oral carcinoma receiving neoadjuvant chemotherapy. Methods： The databases of PubMed and CNKI had been researched to identify randomized controlled trials compared neoadjuvant chemotherapy with surgery alone or adjuvant chemotherapy for survival in patients with oral carcinoma. The differences of total, 3-and 5-year survival ratio were evaluated by Comprehensive Meta Analysis （Version 2.0）. Results： Fifteen studies were combined representing data of 755 cases received neoadjuvant chemotherapy and 719 cases received surgery alone or adjuvant chemotherapy for Meta analysis. Generaug.there was no statistical significance between neoadjuvant chemotherapy with surgery alone or adjuvant chemotherapy. No significant difference had been found in 3-and 5-year survival. The difference was no significant in survival for patients with Ⅲ-Ⅳ stage. Conclusion： The neoadjuvant chemotherapy offers no advantages for oral carcinoma in terms of survival.
