摘    要:目的:通过研究5-羟色胺(5-HT)在死亡大鼠脑干内的改变情况,推断颅脑损伤后迅速死亡的原因及机理。方法:用Marmarou自由落体打击装置打击Wistar大鼠建立颅脑损伤模型,得到打击后数分钟内迅速死亡大鼠9只,采用免疫组织化学SABC法对死亡大鼠脑干不同部位的5-HT的表达改变情况进行检测。结果:实验组9只死亡大鼠脑干除了中缝核群呈5-HT阳怀染色外,其周围的网状结构和微血管周围也可见5-HT

Abstract:Objective: To deduce the causes and machanism of dying immediately after craniocerebral injuries from the study of the 5 HT expression in the dead rats' brain stems.Mothods:The craniocerebral injuried rat models were established utilizing a free falling weight drop device invented by Marmarou.The experimental group consisted of 9 rats who died within minutes after injury.Immunohistochemical SABC method was utilized to detect the expression of 5 HT in the dead rats' brain stems and the controls' brain stems.Results:Not only the raphe nuclei were 5 HT positive staining,the retricular formation and some of the minute blood vessels in the 9 experemental rats' brain stems were also 5 HT deposited abnormally,especially that of the pons and the medullary oblongata.Whereas the positive staining of 5 HT in the two control groups' brain stems were only located in the raphe nuclei.Conclusion:The 5 HT expression abnormally in the dead rats' brain stems could suggest that the brain stems were primarily injuried and the pathophysiological result was related to the rapid death after craniocerebral injuries.It could help deduce the cause and mechanism of death.
