| 摘 要： | 采用双抗体夹心型酶免疫法测定８８例带状疱疹病人乙肝五项，其中感染ＨＢＶ１０例（１１．３６％），对照组非带状疱疹病人１２０例，感染ＨＢＶ２例（１．６６７％），考虑带状疱疹病人ＨＢｓＡｇ增高的原因与其免疫功能低下有关，反之，ＨＢＶ感染后免疫功能发生障碍，也更易患带状疱疹，两者可互为诱因。

| Abstract: | By double antibedy immunoenzyme method,the writer detected 10 hepatitis B virus(HBV)infected cases from 88 patients suffered herpes zoster (the positive rate is 11. 36%). While from 120 cases in control group,only 2 case was detected (the positive rate is 1. 66%). The reason of high HBV infection rate among herpes zoster patients might relate to their low immunologic function. Whereas the disturbance of immunologic function happened on HBV infected patients make them easy for suffering herpes zoster. |
