FGFR2rs2981582多态性与青海藏族人群乳腺癌的相关性研究

目的 探讨FGFR2 rs2981582多态性与青海藏族人群乳腺癌的相关性.方法 收集35例青海地区藏族乳腺癌患者和35例青海地区藏族健康人外周血,提取其DNA,用PCR和DHPLC方法对FGFR2基因rs2981582位点进行检测,分析其基因型及等位基因频率在青海藏族乳腺癌患者和正常人群中的分布,探讨其与青海藏族人群乳腺癌的相关性.结果 FGFR2基因rs2981582基因型及等位基因频率在研究组和对照组间有统计学差异（P＜0.05）,且携带T等位基因者乳腺癌发生的危险性增加（OR=2.5,95%CI=1.285-5.015）.结论 FGFR2 rs2981582多态性可能与青海藏族人群乳腺癌存在相关性,且携带T等位基因者乳腺癌发生的危险性增加.

RELATIVE STUDY BETWEEN THE FGFR2 rs2981582 POLYMORPHISMS AND BREAST CANCER IN THE QINGHAI TIBETAN POPULATION

Objective To discuss the correlation between gene polymorphisms in the fibroblast growth factor receptor 2（FGFR2）rs2981582 and breast cancer in the Qinghai Tibetan population.Methods We randomly selected the peripheral blood of thirty-five patients with breast cancer and thirty-five healthy persons,extracted their DNA and PCR and DHPLC were used to detect the FGFR2 gene loci（rs2981582）.Then we analyzed its genotype and allele frequency distribution between patients with breast cancer and healthy persons,discussing its relevance to the breast cancer.Results There was statistical differences in the genotype frequency and allele frequency between breast cancer group and the control group（P〈0.05）,and the T allele carrier shown an increased risk of breast cancer（OR=2.5,95%CI=1.285-5.015）.Conclusion The SNP of rs2981582 in FGFR2 is probably associated with the breast cancer in the Qinghai Tibetan population,and T allele carrier is an increased risk of breast cancer.
