莪达夏改善大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤的有效部位

摘    要:目的探讨莪达夏改善大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤的有效部位。方法通过研究莪达夏不同提取部位对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注后的心肌组织中NO含量及一氧化氮合酶(NOS)、诱导性一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)活性的影响,明确其改善大鼠心肌缺血-再灌注损伤的有效部位。结果藏药莪达夏氯仿部位和乙酸乙酯部位可使心肌组织中NOS、iNOS活性和NO含量水平降低,且均低于模型组。结论莪达夏可能通过氯仿部位和乙酸乙酯部位降低心肌组织中的NOS、iNOS活性和NO含量,达到保护大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤的作用。

Abstract:Objective The present research studied the effective parts of Oxyptropis falcata Bunge protecting against myocardial Ischemic- reperfusion Injury in Rats. Methods To investigate how the different extraction sites of O. falcata Bunge effect on the myocardial ischemia- reperfusion injury by modulating the nitric oxide( NO) levels,nitric oxide synthase( NOS) and inducible nitric oxide synthase( iNOS) activity in myocardial tissue. Results The serum levels of NO and the activity of NOS and iNOS were reduced significantly in O. falcata Bunge group extracted by chloroform or ethyl acetate compared with control( P〈0. 01,P〈 0. 05). Conclusion The effect of O. falcata Bunge flavonoids against myocardial ischemic- reperfusion injury may be related to the portion of chloroform and ethyl acetate by the way of reducing NO levels and decreasing the activity of NOS and iNOS.
