藏药八味沉香散对H_2O_2所致乳鼠心肌细胞氧化应激损伤的保护作用

摘    要:目的探讨八味沉香散对过氧化氢(H2O2)所致乳鼠心肌细胞氧化应激损伤的保护作用。方法 SD乳鼠心肌细胞原代培养,H2O2诱导心肌细胞氧化应激损伤,用不同剂量藏药八味沉香散处理24 h后,测定培养液中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的含量;同时检测培养液中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活性。结果八味沉香散可明显减轻H2O2所致乳鼠心肌细胞培养液中LDH、CK和CAT的释放量,同时能够升高SOD、GSH-Px活性,降低MDA活性。结论八味沉香散对H2O2所致乳鼠心肌细胞氧化应激损伤有明显保护作用。
