中医辨证治疗慢性硬膜下血肿临床研究

目的：观察中医辨证治疗慢性硬膜下血肿的临床疗效。方法：82例慢性硬膜下血肿患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组47例和对照组 35例。对照组采用常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用中医辨证分型治疗：气滞血瘀型治宜行气活血，方用血府逐瘀汤加减；痰湿瘀结型治宜活血祛瘀，化痰利湿，方用血府逐瘀汤合五苓散加减；湿热瘀阻型治宜清热利湿，活血通络，方用龙胆泻肝汤加减；肾虚血瘀型治宜补肾活血，化瘀利水，方用金匮肾气丸加减。结果：治疗组治愈率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（Ｐ＜0.05）。结论：中医辨证治疗慢性硬膜下血肿疗效显著。

Clinical Research on Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment of Chronic Subdural Hematoma

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of chronic subdural hematoma.Methods： 82 cases of chronic subdural hematoma were randomly divided into the treatment group of 47 cases and the control group of 35 cases. The control group was given conventional treatment,and the treatment group was treated with TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment,qi stagnation and blood stasis type with promoting qi to activate blood by modified xuefu zhuyu decoction; Phlegm dampness stagnation type with promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,resolving phlegm and removing dampness by xuefu zhuyu decoction and wuling san; Damp heat and blood stasis type with clearing away heat and promoting diuresis,and promoting blood circulation to remove meridian by longdan xiegan decoction; Kidney deficiency and blood stasis type with tonifying kidney and activating blood circulation,removing blood stasis and diuresis by modified jingui shenqi pill. Results： Cure rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of chronic subdural hematoma curative effect has distinct effect.
