中医药研究与网络药理学

目的：探讨中医药研究与网络药理学的关系。方法：通过分析网络药理学的背景与涵义,探讨中医药与网络药理学的共性和个性;综合分析中药药理学、毒理学、中药饮片与网络药理学的关系;并比较传统药理学研究方法与网络药理学的优势与不足,从而更好地解读中医药的现代内涵,使传承与创新结合,深入了解中医药研究与网络药理学的关系。结果：中医药整体观和辨证观的理念与中药多成分、多途径、低选择性的特征以及方剂中君臣佐使、七情配伍等原则,体现了中医药多成分、多靶点及系统调控的思想,与网络药理学的研究思路存在一定的共性;建立网络中药药理学、网络毒理学、网络中药饮片等,为提高中医药的安全性和合理用药提供了技术支持,为开展中医药研究提供了新的手段,成为现代中医药研究的新策略;网络药理学超越单靶点思想的束缚,从多靶点的研究策略出发,使以＂一个药物,一个靶标,一种疾病＂为主导的传统新药研发理念产生了革命性转变,在中医药研究领域产生了深远影响。结论：网络药理学的研究策略促进了中医药的现代化和国际化进程,有助于中药新药的研究开发,对发展中医药的理论、促进中西医药的融合具有重要意义。

Traditional Chinese Medicine Research and Network Pharmacology

Objective ：To study the relationship between traditional Chinese medicine research and network pharmacology. Methods：Dis- cuss the common features of traditional Chinese medicine and network pharmacology through the analysis of the background of network pharmacology. Analyze the relationship among Chinese medicine pharmacology, toxicology, Chinese medicine decoction pieces and net- work pharmacology and compare the advantages and disadvantages of traditional pharmacology study and network pharmacology, so as better interpretation of traditional Chinese medicine and in-depth understanding of traditional Chinese medicine research and network pharmacology. Results ：The overall concept of traditional Chinese medicine：the dialectical point, many more ways, low selective and compatibility reflect multicomponent, multitarget point and system regulation as same as the study thought of network pharmacology. Es- tablish network TCM pharmacology, network toxicology and network Chinese medicine decoction pieces to provide technical support for safety and rational administration of the traditional Chinese medicine and provide a new way in the research of Chinese medicine. It be- comes a new strategy for modern Chinese medicine research. Network pharmacology produces new drug development idea from muhitar- get point beyond single target point so as to exert profound influence. Conclusion：Strategies of network pharmacology research promote modernization and internationalization process of Chinese medicine, conduce to the research and development of Chinese medicine and have important significance for the integration of Chinese and western medicine.
