| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨辨析口渴的新思路。方法：从津液的角度出发,结合临床,重新梳理辨证辨病思路。结果：临床上辨析口渴思路简化、清晰化,分为津液盈亏的热邪炽盛、阴虚津亏、湿热三型和津液输布的气化无力、痰饮内停、瘀血内阻三型。其中气化无力还可分为脾阳不足、肝气不疏、肾阳不足三种。结论：通过简化清晰的思路,有效、快速的帮助临床处方用药。

| Abstract: | Objective：Study the new differentiation of thirsty. Methods：Discuss the differentiating diseases from the view of body fluid combined with clinic. Results：The clinical thinking of thirsty was divided into profit and loss of body fluid （pathogen heat flourishing, yin deficiency and bodyfluid lose,dampness-heat） and body fluids distribution （gasification powerless,inner phlegm,haemostasis inter- nal resistance）. Gsification powerless can be divided into spleen-yang deficiency, liver qi blockage and insufficiency of kidney-Yang. |
