| 摘 要： | 目的:统计短刺加温针灸对退行性膝关节炎的治疗效果.方法:将152例退行性膝关节炎患者按1∶1的比例随机分为短刺加温针灸组和对照组.短刺加温针灸组采用短刺与温针灸相结合的方法治疗,对照组采用常规针刺的方法治疗.结果:治疗2个疗程后(7 d为1疗程)观察疗效:短刺加温针灸组治愈40例,显效26例,好转7例,无效3例,有效率96.05%;对照组治愈20例,显效28例,好转16例,无效12例,有效率为84.21%;比较两组结果差异明显(P＜0.01).结论:短刺加温针灸对退行性膝关节炎治疗有较好的疗效.

| Abstract: | Objective:to statistics the effect of close needling and acupuncture with warmed needle on retrogression gonarthritis.Method:152 cases of retrogression gonarthritis were randomly divided into treatment and control.The treatment was treated with close needling and acupuncture with warmed needle and the control were treated with common acupuncture.Result:the curing was 40 cases,excellence was 26 cases,improvement was 7 cases and inefficacy was 3 cases in treatment after 2 course of treatment.The curing was 20 cases,excellence was 28 cases,improvement was 16 cases and inefficacy was 12 cases in control.Conclusion:close needling and acupuncture with warmed needle has the better effect on retrogression gonarthritis. |
