摘    要:目的:优选苦参中提取苦参生物总碱的提取方法.方法:采用酸性染料比色法 ,对苦参水回流、乙醇回流、乙醇渗滤三种提取液中的生物总碱进行含量测定.结果:水回流、乙醇回流、乙醇渗滤提取液中苦参总碱含量分别为3.03%、3.88%、 3.76%. 结论:以苦参总碱作为评价指标,乙醇回流结果较好,乙醇渗滤次之,水回流最低.

Abstract:Objection: Selecting a good extracting method of Sophora Flavescens Ait. Methods: Adopting the acid dye colormetric method to determine the contents of total alkaloids of Sophora Flavescens Ait from the three extracting liquids such as water regurgitation, ethanol regurgitation and ethanol percolation.Results:The contents of total alkaloids of Sophora Flavescens Alt. from the extracting liquids of water regurgitation, ethanol regurgitation and ethanol percolation were 3.03%, 3.88% and 3,76% respectively. Conclusions: With the total alkaloids as the evaluation index, ethanol regurgitation is firstly preferable; ethanol percolation ranks the second, and water regurgitation comes the third.
