| 摘 要： | 目的:揭示针刺对脑缺血再灌注大鼠模型细胞凋亡的影响.方法:本实验以线栓法阻断一侧大脑中动脉造成局灶性脑缺血再灌注的动物模型,从缺血区脑细胞凋亡的变化以及针刺的干预作用等方面进行系列动态研究.结果:与假手术组、针刺治疗组相比,对照组大鼠脑梗死体积、神经元缺失明显(P＜0.01).对照组、针刺治疗组大鼠大脑皮层均存在神经元凋亡,但针刺治疗组与对照组相比,脑梗死体积明显缩小(P＜0.01),阳性神经元数目明显减少(P＜0.01).结论:针刺"百会"、"风府"及"曲池"、"足三里"可以促进受伤神经元的恢复,有较好的抗脑缺血再灌注后神经元凋亡的作用.

| Abstract: | Objective:study the mechanism of acupuncture to treat brain injury of ischemia-reperfusion.Method:we made model of focal brain ischemia-reperfusion injury by middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO),Study of the dynamic change of nerve Cell apoptosis after brain injury of ischemia-reperfusion and the influence of acupuncture of baihui,fengfu,quchi,zusanli.Results:the levels of the injury of neuron and the area of necrosis the in model group were significantly higher than those in sham group and normal group.Conclusion:it shows that the Acupuncture therapy can protect and renovate the injured nerve cells after brain injury of ischemia-reperfusion and promote the nerve regeneration after ischemia. |
