益气活瘀通络法治疗糖尿病肾病290例临床研究

目的:观察益气活瘀通络法治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法:将384例糖尿病肾病患者,随机分为治疗组290例,常规疗法加中药治疗;对照组94例常规疗法治疗。结果:治疗组290例,显效128例,有效121例,无效41例,有效率85.8%;对照组94例,显效15例,有效27例,无效52例,有效率44.7%。结论:益气活瘀通络法治疗糖尿病肾病可有效地延缓和阻止糖尿病肾功能衰减的自然进程。

290 Cases of Diabetic Nephropathy Treated with Tonifying Qi and Promoting Blood Circulation to Remove Collaterals Obstruction

Objective:to observe the effect of tonifying qi and promoting blood circulation to remove collaterals obstruction to treat diabetic nephropathy.Method:384 cases were divided into treatment(290 cases) that treated with routine treatment plus Chinese crud drugs and control(94 cases) that treated with routine treatment.Result:the excellence was 128 cases,the utility was 121 cases and ineffective was 41 cases in the treatment and the effective power were 85.8%.The excellence was 15 cases,the utility was 27 cases and ineffective was 52 cases in the treatment and the effective power were 44.7%.Conclusion:the tonifying qi and promoting blood circulation to remove collaterals obstruction have the function to delay and prevent diabetic nephropathy natural proceeding.
