中西医结合治疗糖尿病肾病临床研究

目的：观察中西医结合治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法：将88例糖尿病肾病患者随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组，对照组采用西医常规治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加汤剂治疗。治疗3个月后观察两组治疗效果。结果：治疗组有效率为84．09％，对照组有效率为65．91％，在空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖以及尿微量白蛋白等指标改善情况也优于对照组，两组比较差异统有显著统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：中西医结合治疗糖尿病肾病疗效显著。
