腹腔化疗联合微波热疗治疗腹腔积液临床研究

目的：探讨腹腔化疗联合微波热疗治疗恶性腹腔积液的近期疗效及对患者生活质量的影响。方法：将65例恶性腹腔积液患者，按随机数字表法分为治疗组33例和对照组32例。治疗组腹腔内灌注顺铂40mg-m12＋地塞米松10mg，30min后行全身热疗。对照组只给予腹腔灌注化疗。治疗4周后g-4定临床疗效和生活质量并进行组间比较。结果：治疗后临床疗效比价，治疗组有效率为90．91％，对照组有效率为65．53％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组生活质量比较，治疗组优于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：腹腔化疗联合微波热疗治疗腹腔积液疗效显著。

Clinical Research on Intraperitoneal Chemotherapy Combined with Microwave Hyperthermia Treatment of Ascites

Objective： To investigate the efficacy and impact of intraperitoneal chemotherapy combined with microwave hyperthermia treatment of malignant ascites on quality of life. Methods ： 65 cases of malignant ascites patients were randomly divided into treatment group ,33 cases in the treatment group and 32 cases in the control group. The treatment group intraperitoneal cisplatin 40 mg/m2 and dexamethasone 10 rag,30 min underwent whole body hyperthermia. Control group given only intraperitoneal chemotherapy. Determine the clinical efficacy and quality of life after treatment for 4 weeks. Results ： After treatment, the clinical efficacy of parity, the treatment group was 90.91% ,the control group was 65.53%, the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Quality of life for the two groups, the treatment group than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： intraperitoneal chemotherapy combined with microwave hyperthermia treatment of ascites significant effect.
