支气管哮喘中医辨证治疗概要

目的:探讨支气管哮喘证候诊断要点及辨证治疗规律。方法:基于近年来有关中医药诊疗支气管哮喘文献,结合长期的临床实践与研究结果,总结支气管哮喘的临床特点。结果:认为急性发作期的基本病机为伏痰遇感引动,痰气搏结,以实证为主;慢性持续期以虚实兼夹为主,表现为阳虚与饮伏、气虚与痰阻、气阴虚与痰热等;临床缓解期以虚为主,表现为肺、脾、肾气虚。拟订有关证候诊断要点,并总结辨证治疗规律。结论:常见证候为三期十证候,即急性发作期的外寒内饮、痰浊阻肺证、痰热壅肺证、阳气暴脱证,慢性持续期的阳虚饮伏证、气虚痰阻证、气阴虚痰热证,临床缓解期的肺脾气虚证、肺肾气虚证、脾肾阳虚证;血瘀为主要兼证,常兼见于上述证候中。为支气管哮喘的中医药辨证治疗提供了重要依据。
