益母草对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤影响及机制的实验研究

摘    要:目的:探讨益母草注射液对心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用及机制。方法:60只SD大鼠被随机分为3组:假手术组、缺血再灌注损伤(IR)组、益母草注射液治疗(LJI)组。建立大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型,检测血清SOD、MDA、LDH和CK水平,观察心律失常及心肌损伤的形态学改变。结果:与IR组比较,LJI组SOD活力显著升高(P〈0.01),MDA、LDH和CK含量显著降低(P〈0.01),心律失常发生率(P〈0.01)及形态学改变(P〈0.05)均显著减轻。结论:益母草注射液对缺血再灌注损伤的心肌有保护作用,对缺血再灌注诱发的心律失常亦有治疗作用。其机制可能与增加SOD活性、增强心肌抗氧化能力、稳定生物膜有关。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the protective effects and mechanism of leonurus japonicus injection on myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury (MIRI) in rats. Method:60 SD rats were divided in to 3 groups randomly: sham operation group, ischemia reperfusion injury group (IR), and leonurus japonicus injection treating group (LJI). The model of MIRI was produced, Serum activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), and contents of malondial dehyde (MDA), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), creatine kinase (CK) were detected respectively, and the therapeutic effects of leonurus japonicus injection on arrhythmia were observed in 60 cases rats with MIRI. Result: The activities of SOD was significantly higher, the contents of MDA, LDH and CK were significantly lower, Rate of arrhythmia incidence was significantly lower, in LJI group than that in IR group. Conclusion: Leonurus japonicus injection can protect MIRI, and treat arrhythman in rats MIRI, The myocardial protective mechanism of leonurus japonicus may be realized by enchancing the activation of SOD, stabilizing myocardial cellular membrance.
