| 摘 要： | 目的:观察活血化瘀法为主治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法:选择68例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组38例在原来降糖治疗基础上用中药活血化瘀法为主治疗。对照组30例在治疗基础病的同时给予西药维生素B1和B12注射液肌肉注射。两组均以28d为1疗程。结果:治疗组总有效率为92.11%,对照组有效率为70.00%,两组疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:活血化瘀法为主治疗糖尿病周围神经病变有独特的临床疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective: to observe the clinical curative effect of promoting blood flow to remove stasis to treat diabetes peripheral neuropathy. Method: 68 cases of diabetes peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into treatment and control. The treatment was treated with promoting blood flow to remove stasis on the basis of reduce sugar and the control with vitamin B1 and B2. The 1 course of treatment was 4 weeks. Results: the total effective rate was 92.11% in the treatment and 70.00% in the control. Conclusion: the promoting blood flow to remove stasis has the distinct clinical curative effect to treat diabetes peripheral neuropathy. |
