| 摘 要： | 目的:研究补肾中药对去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松的治疗作用及其机制。方法:70只SD大鼠分为5组:正常对照组、假手术组、模型组、雌激素组、补肾中药组。手术12周后开始给药,连续给药12周,检测骨密度、骨钙含量和骨组织病理变化。结果:与假手术组比较,模型组BMD、骨钙含量均显著降低(P<0.01)。治疗后,雌激素组较模型组BMD、骨钙含量均显著增高(P<0.05),中药组较模型组BMD、钙含量均显著增高(P<0.05)。但雌激素组与中药组比较无统计学意义。结论:补肾中药有明显抗去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松的作用,为临床应用补肾中药治疗绝经后骨质疏松提供实验依据。
