| 摘 要： | 基于病证结合诊疗模式,根据近年中医药治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的文献研究和所开展的临床调查研究结果,结合作者的临床经验,概述了COPD的痛机和证候分类,提出了证候的虚证类(肺脾气虚证、肺肾气虚证、肺肾气阴两虚证)、实证类(外寒内饮证、痰热壅肺证、痰湿阻肺证、痰蒙神窍证)、兼证类(血瘀证)三证类八证候,拟订了证候的诊断标准或要点和辨证治疗方案.为制定中医的COPD诊断治疗方案提供依据.
