| 摘 要： | 目的:研究中西医结合卒中单元对急性脑卒中患者的疗效.方法:将160例发病3 d以内的脑卒中患者随机分为中西医结合卒中单元组80例(治疗组)与卒中单元组80例(对照组).两组患者均按目前一般卒中单元模式进行综合治疗,治疗组另加规范化中医辩证论治疗;主要观察指标为中医症候得分、神经功能缺损评分、日常生活活动评定.结果:两组患者28 d后中医症侯得分比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01);神经功能缺损评分自第2周开始有差异(P<0.05),治疗28周后评定有极显著性差异(P<0.01);日常生活活动量表评分两组治疗后28 d及90 d比较有显著性差异(P<0.05).结论:与一般卒中单元比较,急性脑卒中患者可从中西医结合卒中单元的医疗模式中更多获益,并能提高生活质量和回归社会的比例.
