| 摘 要： | 目的:观察黄芩消甲汤治疗早期亚急性甲状腺炎的疗效。方法:将早期亚急性甲状腺炎患者90例随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组予黄芩消甲汤,对照组用扶他林治疗,治疗前后分别测血沉、甲状腺功能等,观察两组退热时间、疼痛消失时间、甲肿消肿时间的差别。结果:治疗后两组FT3、FT4,治疗1周血沉水平相比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组止痛消肿作用优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:黄芩消甲汤治疗早期亚急性甲状腺炎,效果优于扶他林。
