| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨四逆散合五味消毒饮加味治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效.方法:用四逆散合五味消毒饮加味治疗慢性盆腔炎69例.并与西药组69例对照.结果:中药组14 d治愈41例,有效率95.65%;西药治愈28例,有效率79.71%,两组具有显著差异(P<0.05);下腹胀痛或腰骶部疼痛缓解时间分别为(5.83±3.67)d,(9.58±5.71) d,两组比较差异具有显著意义(P<0.05).提示:四逆散合五味消毒饮加味治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效明显优于对照组.
