| 摘 要： | 目的:观察慢性肾衰竭中医邪实证候的分布规律.方法:选择慢性肾衰竭临床各期患者198例,运用慢性肾衰竭中医证候调查表现察慢性肾衰竭邪实证候的分布情况.结果:血瘀兼证是出现率最高的邪实兼证,与其他邪实兼证比较有显著性差异(P<0.05).代偿期和失代偿期湿热兼证的出现率高于湿浊兼证(P<0.05),衰竭期和尿毒症期湿浊兼证的出现率高于湿热兼证.从原发病中的分布来看,慢性肾间质疾病湿热证的出现率低于其他疾病.水气兼证在糖尿病肾病、慢性肾小球疾病中出现率高于其他疾病.结论:慢性肾衰中医病机错综复杂,正虚邪实贯穿始终,虚实夹杂是慢性肾衰竭的中医证候特点.
