| 摘 要： | 目的:观察洋参御糖丸干预糖尿病大鼠心肌损伤的疗效并探讨其作用机制.方法:采用高脂高糖饮食饲养大鼠,并腹腔注射链脲佐茵素(STZ)复制糖尿病模型.用洋参御糖丸治疗,以二甲双胍、糖尿乐作为阳性对照药,以比色法检测模型大鼠心肌组织丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性.结果:洋参御糖丸能显著提高心肌组织SOD活性,降低MDA含量.结论:洋参御糖丸能有效降低糖尿病大鼠心肌组织的氧化应激水平,提高糖尿病大鼠心肌的抗氧化能力.

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effect of Yangshen Yutang pills on myocardial damage in diabetes rats and discuss the mechanism of action.Method:Rats were given streptozotocin(STZ)in intraperitoneal injection to induce the diabetic rats model after reared with high grease and high glucose feedstuff,and were treated with Yangshen Yutang pills.The positive control medicine were Metformin and Tangniaole.The content of malondialdehyde(MDA)and the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)in cardiac muscle of diabetes rats were detected with colorimetry.Result:Yangshen Yutang pills can boost the activity of SOD significantly and cut down the content of MDA.Conclusion:Yangshen Yutang pills can lower the degree of oxidative stress efficaciously in in cardiac muscle of diabetes rats,and enhance antioxygen competence of it. |
