中药制剂不良反应95例分析

目的:分析探讨95例中药制剂的药品不良反应(ADR)的特点及影响因素,促进临床合理用药。方法:对95例中药不良反应报告分别从临床表现、相关的药品及剂型、发生时间等进行分类统计并分析。结果:诱发不良反应的中药品种较多,主要为注射剂;年龄分布以老年人居多。结论:加强对中药制剂不良反应的监测,有助于减少和避免中药制剂不良反应的发生,保障患者用药安全。

95 Cases of Report Analysis of Chinese Drugs Preparation Adverse Effect

Objective: to analyze the feature and influential factor of 95 cases with adverse drug reaction to promote rational administration in clinic. Method: the clinical manifestation, drugs dosage and occurrence time were classification statistic of 95 cases of Chinese medicine adverse effect. Results: there were many Chinese medicine induced adverse effect and that concentrated the injectable preparation. The age distribution was aged people. Conclusion: there need strengthen to monitoring of drugs adverse effect to decrease and avoid the Chinese drugs preparation adverse effect to ensure Medication safety.
