活血化瘀法治疗慢性肾炎临床研究

目的:观察活血化瘀法对慢性肾炎患者作用效果.方法:对慢性肾炎患者用活血化瘀法结合辨证论治治疗90 d(治疗组36例)与同期未使用活血化瘀法的患者(对照组15例)进行对照观察,比较两组患者治疗前后蛋白尿、血尿、血肌酐、血尿素氮、高血压、水肿等的变化.结果:与对照组比较,活血化瘀法明显降低慢性肾炎患者的蛋白尿、血尿、血肌酐、高血压、水肿.结论:活血化瘀法对慢性肾炎有一定的治疗作用,能减少肾小球和肾间质等的损害,改善和缓解临床症状及防止其严重并发症.

The Clinical Research of Chronic Glomerulonephritis with Promoting Blood Flow to Removing Blood Stasis

Objective: to observe the effect of promoting blood flow to removing blood stasis on treating chronic glomerulonephritis.Method: the patients with chronic glomerulonephritis were treated with syhdrome differentiation and treatment on the basis of promoting blood flow to removing blood stasis in 3 months and controlled with not using promoting blood flow to removing blood stasis.The albuminuria,blood urine,serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,hypertension and oedema were contrasted before and after treatment.Result: the promoting blood flow to removing blood stasis could cut down the albuminuria,blood urine,serum creatinine,hypertension and oedema of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis.Conclusion: the promoting blood flow to removing blood stasis has the therapeutical effect to chronic glomerulonephritis,could reduce the damage of glomerulus and renal interstitium,improve and relieve clinical symptom and prevent serious complication.
