| 摘 要： | 根据肠痈之病机，将急性阑尾炎辨证分为淤滞、成脓、脓肿、破溃、迁延复发等五型，选用大黄牡丹汤一方加减治疗。此分型法临床辨证简捷，效果显著。

| Abstract: | According to pathogenesis of periappendicular abscess, we put this disease into several types: stagnation type; pyogenesis type; abscess type; ulceration type; persisting and recurrence type. The desirable efficacy is obtained by applying this modified decoction. |
