| 摘 要： | 目的：对比耐信联合莫沙必利与奥美拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗反流性食管炎的临床疗效。方法将78例反流性食管炎患者随机分为对照组与治疗组，对照组行奥美拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗，治疗组行耐信联合莫沙必利治疗。对比2组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗8周后治疗组临床症状评分显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。2组患者胃镜判定治疗有效率无统计学差异（P<0.05）。结论耐信联合莫沙必利是治疗反流性食管炎的有效方案，在改善患者临床症状方面较奥美拉唑有更好的效果。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo investigate the Esomeprazole combined with Mosapride and Omeprazole combined with Mosapride clinical efficacy in the treatment of reflux esophagitis.MethodsPatients with reflux esophagitis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group and the control group received omeprazole combined with Mosapride and treatment group was treated with esomeprazole and Mosapride.The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared after treatment.ResultsAfter 8 weeks,the clinical symptom score in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P=0.028).There was no difference in the effective rate between the two groups of patients with gastroscopy(P=0.049).ConclusionsEsomeprazole and Mosapride is effective for the treatment of reflux esophagitis and improving the clinical symptoms of patients with better effect than omeprazole. |
