胆囊结石B超与病理诊断的相符率研究分析

目的通过B超和临床对胆囊结石诊断与病理金标准相符率的对照比较，分析B超诊断胆囊结石的准确率。方法1021例胆囊结石手术适应证患者进行B超胆囊结石的分型及B超、临床诊断与病理检查的相符率比较。结果B超检查的单发型结石、多发型结石、泥沙样结石、充满型结石、胆囊壁内结石的构成比分别为30．95％，58．28％，6．27％，3．04％，1．47％．胆固醇型的胆囊结石B超诊断准确率为87．12％，与手术时临床病理诊断的88．26％准确率无统计学差异（P〉0．05）。而胆色素型、混合型胆囊结石超声的诊断准确率分别为52．86％与51．50％，与临床病理诊断的82．72％和81．87％相比，有统计学差异（P〈0．01）。结论B超对胆固醇型的胆囊结石诊断准确率比较高，且能分辨各种结石类型，并对胆石的成分进行分辨。
