| 摘 要： | 目的提高对肝透明细胞癌的MRI影像认识水平。方法报告1例经病理证实的肝透明细胞癌的MRI所见,并进行相关文献复习。结果肝透明细胞癌的MRI检查有其特异性表现,T1WI双回波扫描反相位病灶信号明显减低。结论 MRI检查对肝透明细胞癌的定性诊断有重要帮助,是诊断肝透明细胞癌的最佳影像学检查方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To enhance the understanding of clear-cell carcinoma of liver.Methods The MRI findings of clear-cell carcinoma of liver were reported,and reviewed the literature.Results The MRI findings of clear-cell carcinoma of liver was special.The signal decrease clearly in opposed phase of T1WI double echo.Conclusion The MRI examination of clear-cell carcinoma of liver can provide important help for the diagnosis and it is the best imaging method for clear-cell carcinoma of liver. |
