34例糖尿病足患者的护理

目的探讨糖尿病足的临床护理相关因素,提高护理质量,减少糖尿病足的截肢率。方法对我科2003年8月￣2005年8月收治的34例糖尿病足患者进行了临床护理相关因素分析,进一步探讨糖尿病足的预防和综合护理方案。结果34例接受临床和护理治疗的糖尿病足患者中,痊愈14例,好转16例,因病程长,治疗不及时,血糖控制不满意,皮肤感染创面大等转行手术截肢者3例,因合并多器官功能衰竭死亡1例。结论糖尿病足进行综合治疗,给予针对糖尿病的整体护理和对糖尿病下肢神经、血管病变的局部护理,能减少糖尿病足的截肢率,提高患者的生活质量。
