外来务工人员因伤致残的心理分析与护理

目的研究外来务工人员因伤致残后的各种心理反应及原因，进而采取有效的护理措施，以纠正患者的不良心理。方法以82例外来务工人员因伤致残患者为研究对象，通过与患者交谈、观察其言行变化、发调查表进行心理分析，再根据分析结果制订出相应的护理措施。结果创伤患者在得知自己已残疾，多数会出现焦虑、悲观、恐惧、孤独、绝望等心理变化。结论正确的心理分析和针对性的护理措施，有利于患者的心理调节，而健康积极的心理，在伤情治疗过程中起重要的作用。

Psychoanalysis and nursing for foreign duty worker after injury

Objective To investigate psychic reaction and analyze the reason in foreign duty worker after injury, then we took effective nursing to correct their sick mental mistakes. Methods 82 cases of foreign workers were chosen in our research, we observed their words and actions, but carry on mental state analysis, then taking specify the nursing measure for corresponding as a result according to the analysis. Results Most of sufferer will be worry and anxiously, pessimism, fear, lonely hopeless after knowing they already being disable and sick,, despair etc. mental state variety. Conclusions Right mental analysis and taking fight measure, which were good for the sufferers to have mental adjust- ment, while health and active mental state played an important function in the treatment.
