| 摘 要： | 目的分析中药制剂输液不良反应原因,规避中药制剂输液反应,保证用药安全。方法观察15例中药制剂输液反应的临床表现,分析输注药物的种类、患者的处理及转归,寻找对策。结果中药制剂的制备过程、药物配伍和患者的基础疾病是引起中药制剂输液反应的主要原因。结论充分了解中药制剂的特性、配伍禁忌和患者的一般情况,采取有效对策,可以有效避免输液不良反应的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the reaction causes of traditional Chinese medicine preparation infusion,avoid reactions and ensure safe drug use.Methods 15 cases of traditional Chinese medicine preparation reaction were observed.The clinical manifestations of the infusion reaction,the kinds of medicine,the treatment and outcome were observed to find countermeasures.Results Traditional Chinese medicine preparation process,drug compatibility and the patient’s basic diseases were the causes of the infusion reaction.Conclusion Strong understanding of the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine preparation,compatibility taboo,the patient’s general case and taking effective measures can avoid transfusion reactions occur. |
