内江市无偿献血者血液指标检测结果分析

目的了解内江市无偿献血者健康状况，分析血液不合格原因。方法对2007年—2011年我站接受的无偿献血者血液丙氨酸转氨酶（arT）、乙肝表面抗原（HBsAg）、丙型肝炎病毒抗体（抗-HCV）、梅毒螺旋体抗体（抗-TV）和人类免疫缺陷病毒抗体（抗-HIV）检验结果进行回顾性分析。结果5年中无偿献血者人数以最高达11％的速度上升，AIT、抗-HCV和抗-HIV三项指标的阳性率基本保持平稳状态，HBsAg呈先降后升，抗-TP有升有降，但是无明显规律。5年无偿献血者共88010例次，总不合格率为5．96％，ALT不合格是血液报废的首要原因。占3．88％。结论内江地区无偿献血者血液总不合格率整体保持稳定，没有明显的上升趋势，需要加强献血宣传并采取相关措施降低√岍阳性率。

Analysis for blood test results of blood donors in Neijiang City

Objective To explore the health status of unpaid blood donors and the failure reasons of blood in Neijiang City.Methods The test results of unpaid donors blood ALT,HBsAg,anti-HCV,anti-TP and anti-HIV during 2007 to 2011 years were retrospectively analyzed.Results The number of unpaid blood donors increased year by year up to 11%.The positive rate of three indicators ALT,anti-HCV and anti-HIV remained stable,the HBsAg decreased first and then increased,and anti-TP did not exhibit evidently upward or downward trend.The total of unpaid blood donors during five years were 88,010 cases with the total blood failure rate of 5.96%;and ALT failed was the primary cause of blood scrapped with accounting for 3.88%.Conclusion The blood failure rate of Neijiang unpaid blood donors remained stable as a whole,there was no clear upward trend,which indicated that the blood donation publicity should be strengthened and effective measures should be taken to reduce the ALT-positive rate.
