2005年东营市中、小学生乙肝标记物状况调查

目的了解东营市市区中、小学生乙肝标记物状况。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法对东营市2所中学和2所小学的3250名学生的血清检测乙肝表面抗原及抗体。在检测的同时,采用问卷方式调查学生乙肝疫苗的接种情况。结果检测的3250名学生中,乙肝表面抗原阳性率为2.55%,其中中学生的阳性率为3.48%,小学生为1.43%,中学生明显高于小学生。乙肝抗体阳性率为70.98%,其中中学生的阳性率为65.00%,小学生为78.23%,小学生明显高于中学生。接种乙肝疫苗的阳性率为73.14%,其中小学生为81.63%,中学生的阳性率为66.12%,小学生明显高于中学生。结论东营市市区中、小学生乙肝感染率比正常人群低,但中学生比小学生感染率偏高,乙肝疫苗接种率和抗体产生率比小学生偏低,应引起家长、学校以及社会各界的重视。

The Enquiry of Students in Middle School and Primary School in Dongying Downtown about HBV marker Concentrations,2005

Objective To survey the serum HBV marker concentrations of students in middle school and primary school in Dongying downtown. Methods Determinate serum HBsAg and HBsAg concentration of 3250 students in 2 middle schools and 2 primary schools in Dongying downtown by ELISA, meanwhile question about HB vaccine injection by questionnaire. Results Of 3250 students, 2.55% were HBsAg positive, 3.48% with middle school students and 1.43% when comes to pupils, i.e. middle school students had a higher HBsAg positive rate than pupils. Total HBsAb positive rate was 70.98%, 65.00% with middle school students and 78.23% with the pupils. The later got a higher percentage. In accordance, questionnaires showed an apparent higher HB vaccine injection rate in pupils than in middle school students, exactly 81.63% to 66.12%; and the total injection rate was 73.14%. Conclusion There's a sub-normal HBV infection rate in students in middle school and primary school in Dongying downtown. While the HBV infection rate in middle school students was higher than that in pupils, along with a lower vaccine injection rate and serum antibody positive rate, parents and school should pay attention to that.
