地震山区伤病员的陆路医疗转运

目的总结外地医疗队陆路转运地震山区大量伤病员的工作经验。方法对连续1周时间在彝良地震灾区应用医疗急救技能转运36名伤病员的工作情况进行回顾性分析和总结,并提出改进意见。结果 36名伤病员全部安全转运至目标医院;我队完成救援任务的同时积极组织自救,顺利返回。结论以能力较强的神经外科和骨科医生、护士以及120急救专职驾驶员组成的外地医疗队赶赴地震灾区,能够正确运用急救转运的医疗技能,及时、安全地完成大量伤病员的陆路转运救援任务。紧急组建的外地医疗队应尽可能更全面地快速了解灾区情况,增强在恶劣环境下的自救能力,力求提供更为充分的后勤补充保障。
